Colorful Eating Challenge! April 15, 2011

Filed under: Colorful Fruit and Veggie Challenge,Food,HOME — Sharon @ 12:05 pm

So I was talking to my friend Trish about eating fruits and vegetables and she said that she tries a new fruit or veggie every week and introduces it to her twin girls.  I LOVED the idea and think I want to try a fruit or vegetable every week as well so I googled a list and decided that not only would I try them but I would add them to a recipe and blog about it her for all of you to enjoy along with me.       The list is in order by color and I am going to cross each one off as I go……I will post one recipe   for each item on the list!  I realize that this is not a complete list of ALL POSSIBLE fruits and veggies but it is my jumping off point.
